Okawa provides a blend of various Asian cuisines such as Japanese, Indo-Chinese, Nepali, and Indian, and of course Himalayan food flavors. Chef Dendup Sherpa, from Sikkim, brings his own signature dishes to the table. Dendup has more than ten years of experience in the food industry. Similarly, Ang Chhiri Sherpa brings more than ten years of sushi chef experience. Ang is an expert sashimi maker.
